One of last month’s biggest launches in Japan was NieR Reincarnation from Square Enix. After spending nearly its entire launch week ranked No. 1 for downloads on the country’s App Store, by the end of February it had accumulated nearly 4 million downloads and generated $22.4 million in player spending.
